Delete your account

GotToGo Chillin’ (JD Solutions, Android app pl.jdsolutions.chillin and chillin.jd-solutions.eu) lets you delete your account together with all its data.

In the app

1. Sign in and tap ⚙️ in the top right corner of the home screen.
2. At the bottom of Settings, choose “Delete account”.
3. Type DELETE and confirm with “Delete forever”.

Have Chillin’ Plus? Deleting your account doesn't cancel the subscription — cancel it in Google Play (Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) to avoid further charges.

Without the app

Email kontakt@jd-solutions.eu from the address linked to your account. We'll delete the account and data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account (email, password, settings), all trips and expenses, saved receipt texts and expense locations, purchase and scan data, and reports sent with the “Report a problem” form. Deletion is permanent — we don't keep copies of this data.

What we keep

Google Play financial reports (order number, product, price, country — without your email address) are kept for the period required by tax law. Email correspondence is kept until the matter is resolved. Server logs with IP addresses are deleted as described in our privacy policy.

Deleting part of your data

Without deleting your account, you can delete a single expense in History together with its receipt text and saved location, and turn off saving the location for new expenses. To have other data deleted, email us as described under “Without the app”.
